Robust Process Improvement Master Change Leader

Robust Process Improvement® (RPI®), practiced by the Department of Mental Health, is a systematic approach to problem-solving. It is a set of strategies, tools, methodologies, and training programs for improving facility processes. These methodologies include: Lean, Six Sigma, and Formal Change Management. RPI is the only belt training in the nation aligned with the Joint Commission (TJC), the nation’s leading healthcare improvement organization. RPI helps DMH enhance quality and performance improvement efforts, increase the spread of significant improvements in clinical and non-clinical processes, and improve alignment and staff engagement in improvement initiatives with a common language and methodology. The ultimate goal is to transform DMH facilities into highly reliable organizations. RPI Master Change Leader - A Master Change Leader has extensive knowledge of and experience with change initiatives and RPI change management concepts. A Master Change Leader trains healthcare professionals in change management techniques. Change Leaders can help an organization promote change and increase its capacity to prepare for, commit to, and champion improvement. A Master Change Leader monitors change initiatives and mentors change leaders.
